Bantam among giants?

I have a lovely lot of five-week-old, mostly Buff Brahmas and Easter Eggers and among them is this tiny...dude? One, does anyone know what it is? And two, do the bright orange shoulder patches indicate it’s a cockerel? I’ve added a solo pic along with next to a Brahma sis for size comparison.

Looks like a pea comb but I’m not sure - can’t see much there. I should’ve added - feathered legs!

the crazy part is it looks like a younger Brahma.. maybe it's a d' uccle bantam? Possibly Millie fluer?
