Trying to figure these two out!!!! Hopefully both hens!!!! We got them at the same time, both are 6 weeks old, but Pepper is so much bigger! Rascal has been growing very slowly, but finally catching up…. She was dropped accidentally the day we got her and we didn’t think she would make it!!!!!

The correct term is pullets. A hen is a female chicken over the age of a year. A pullet is a female chicken under the age of a year.
The first chick is a pullet and the second one appears to be male.
