Bantam breed ID help?

I know both are cockerels. They were in assorted bantam bin. No idea what they are. Black has slate legs, gray has yellow legs.

Is it normal for the black Japanese to have some white? He has white under his waddles and tips of his wings.

Anything is possible with hatchery birds. The white under the chin looks like the last remnants of chick fluff and should molt out.
