Since we’re doing a little show-and-tell… 😉
Here are my Birchen Cochin Bantams at about 3 months old.

They're beautiful! When I got my first ever chicks the last weekend in July, I knew that they were chickens and I knew the meaning of bantam. 😆 Other than that, I had no idea what breeds they were. They were chosen because I thought they were cute.

I lucked out and got my cochin in that group, and she's just the coolest little thing. I will 100% be adding more cochin bantams to my flock.

That’s awesome!!!!

Yes I absolutely love my cochin girls. They have soooo much personality. Always running around the coop to find out what I’m doing, then dashing away like they don’t want me to “tag” them. :lau But when I pick them up, they settle down on my hand like the cutest little live teddy bears ever! And omg, their feathers are by far the softest I’ve ever felt!!!!

Yes!! Anne is still in that awkward feathering in stage, but she's so soft. If I'd let her ride around on my shoulder all day, she'd be perfectly okay with that.
