Any idea what these Bantams are?

The breed is Cochin. The color isn't a recognized color in the US. I can't see well enough to tell if they're something like a golden cuckoo project or ???

I'll get some clearer pictures. I believe Cochins are known as Pekins in the UK.

They are, and I do believe there are a variety of colors that aren't recognized on this side. they look like nice well bred birds, so I'm thinking it's either a dedicated project or a variety I'm not familiar with. They don't look like an accident.
