What bantam breed is our new pullet/hen? We just got her today as part of my 7 year old's 4h project.

I just spoke with the girl I got her from, she said she is a Blue lace red wyandotte bantam.

Looks like possibly a Buff Laced Wyandotte Bantam.

If that was true, she would have blue lacing. She is neither blue or laced. I'm guessing she's a hatchery quality buff laced wyandotte bantam.

Very well could be a Wyandotte bantam. But not a Blue Laced Red that's for sure. Might be out of a Buff Laced project pen, but she doesn't really fit that variety either.
