Bantam breed

Any guesses on this little guy? Smaller then the Silkie, almost half the size! Was in the assorted bantam bin. My guess was either a D’uccle or booted bantam but I’m not sure? Tiny little thing!

Cochin, white or splash.
Oh, no it doesn’t have frizzle wings, I have a bunch of frizzles I’ve raised from babies the wings aren’t flipping out like frizzles. I’m wondering if it’s a perkin. I will take updated pictures today as the wings are growing fast. It’s definitely on the smaller side I think smaller then all my cochins were, but it might be.

To be clear, actual angel wing is only found in waterfowl. The term angel wing here is being used to describe slipped wing. I agree. Does it look the same on both sides?
It looks the same on both wings!
