That's cool, they must not be very commonBuff Sebrights exist too, but yeah gold and silver are the main ones.
They're real pretty. I have one of them left, my others have passed on thoughThat's cool, they must not be very common
I did know that a true bantam has no large fowl in it. Polish are large fowl though. And Nankin and Rosecomb bantams.
True bantam simply means they have no largefowl counterpart. Since there are no largefowl Sebrights, they are a true bantam.

I had a Mille Fleur D'uccle cockerel that was taken by a hawk. We thought we was dead but turns out he fought the thing off in mid-air and dropped on the side of the road. I've also raised 2 frizzle cochin roosters, both turned out to be very bad fighters and aggressive mounters. My current flock is a silkie cross hen, 2 OEGB/Japanese Bantam hens, a sultan/frizzle cochin cross, a standard cochin rooster, and a frizzle cochin rooster. We get about 5-7 eggs a week from the ones that can lay currently (The silkie cross and the frizzle sultan). I keep them purely for pets, so we let them cross breed, and we actually get some cuties with good egg production sometimes!I had a storm blow my steel man-door right off of the frame and a coyote took full advantage of it. I lost quite a bit of my flock, but not a single D’Uccle was injured or killed.
It is a matter of whether the breed comes in two sizes (large fowl and bantam), not a matter of what ancestry they had.oh, I read in a bantam breeding book that they came from silver laced polish or a sliver spangled hamburg
