The 3 older bantams are 10 months old, 2 are female and are laying, but the blue/Grey isn't. The 3 younger are 11 weeks old, and I am hoping are female. Any idea on breed for any of them?

Bantam Rhode island reds, porcelain d'uccle, on the older ones, and maybe Japanese, or game on the younger ones. Not sure on those.

I think one of the younger ones is a mottled Japanese bantam. The darker one could be brown/red old English game bantam. The buff and white one has the build of a Cornish bantam, but not sure what color it would be if that's the case.
I agree on the Mottled one.
But, I think they could also be Seramas.
I'm not 100% sure though.

Brown red old English game look like this (from my flock. I made these guys by crossing a bb red cock over a black hen, so they aren't show standards.):
