Sure hoping someone can help. I found a late hatch Bantam Serama in the incubator this morning. The chick was dry, so I am guessing it hatched several hours prior to my finding it. The chick seems very weak. I tried to offer it a little water and it appears to be choking. The other chicks hatched a week ago, so it is alone. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!! I am worried that I offered it water too early and I may have caused harm.

That is what I will do! I removed the egg from the Mama, as she pecked the other two that she was laying on and the babies were forming. I couldn't stand to see her break open the only remaining egg, so I put it in the incubator. I know, it was not the brightest idea. What do you think about not being able to drink? Do you think I offered water too soon? Chick appeared to be gagging when I dipped its beak.
