Bantam Chicken Breed and Gender

I incubated some eggs that were sold as silkie eggs, clearly mis-labeled. Any thoughts on this one? I thought calico bantam cochin because I know she had those and the legs are feathered but not heavily. She also had Seramas and other bantams. Any thought? Also wondering if anyone has insight into gender.

Do bantam cochins have more feathers on their legs than this? My standard cochins that hatched at the same time have crazy-heavily feathered feet and legs.

Yes. If this baby has Cochin in there, it's being overshadowed by something else.
