The feathers on her back are getting pulled out by the boys. But it’s not too bad right now.
Remove the boys. Don't torture the hen with a saddle. Some young bantam roosters are too vigorous their first year or two. I keep them separately until they mature more.

I had a saddle for the first Flock and my one Barred Rock always wore it like an apron because it would fall off..:gig

It’s only her. If anything I’ll just separate her if hen saddles are torturous.
She still will get mated too often. Some young roosters just mate what's easy repeatedly. Just something to consider.
 
Seriously that has been done over months... not just all recently. I think she’ll be okay and if it gets worse I will actually separate her.
I'm just offering a suggestion. It's your flock, do what you think is best, not what I think. It's okay. :frow
