I was gonna take pictures of my bantams; but it started to pour down rain. Oh well, the rain was much needed.

They're slightly larger then a bantam.
I tamed her enough so she'd allow me to handle her, as long as I give her treats. Still pretty wild she is.

Oh, yeah I suppose. Still, it's only a slight difference, so... Close enough for a bantam thread, right?

Love the OEGB dude, too. Silver duckwing? I was looking for 'plain' SDW to keep a line going so that I could cross them into my Fawn SDW line later on, but now I'm torn because Blue SDWs are sooo pretty, too, and the combination of Blue and Fawn SDWs makes Platinum SDWs, too... Guess I'm just going to have to keep a line of all three.

Yes, he's Silver Duckwing. We used to have a Silver Duckwing OEGB hen, but she was eaten by a cat.

Aw, that stinks. They are super tiny, which unfortunately makes them easy for predators to grab.

I have mostly Fawn SDWs and a Khaki sport out of my Fawns. He wouldn't pose nicely last time I took his picture, but I really love the undertone of khaki color on the sport.

Fawn SDW is probably my favorite variety for OEGBs, though.

They're very interesting looking. Is Khaki a diluted black coloration, like blue, or lavender? Or is it brown based like certain blue colors?
