These look like Black old English bantams can anyone confirm?

They're kinda on the big side for Old English Bantams. But they very likely could be.

I can't really think of anything else they could be.

It almost seems like I've heard that hatchery quality birds can range in size sometimes, but there's a good chance I'm wrong.
