Bantam Cochin and Turken sexing (5 weeks)

a bit too early to tell, no obvious signs of cockerels yet.
and I agree, your cochins are probably silkie crosses.
Also the frizzle (Ethel) does have silkie in her. The red (Lucy) is purebred, but potentially not the best representation of the breed. I saw the parent stock when purchased. Here's Lucy with her babies and Ethel these days.

Hoping someone can help me sex my 2 bantam cochins. I'm pretty confident that the partridge is a pullet, but a little less sure about the frizzle. Its comb is slightly bigger and slightly more pink but definitely not red. They are at least 5 weeks as I got them 4 weeks ago and they were already feathering, but I'm not sure their exact hatch date. I'm also wondering if the turken chick I have can be sexed by its comb also? I got it at the same time, but it seemed to be newly hatched when I got it 4 weeks ago, so maybe a bit younger than the cochins.View attachment 1941613 View attachment 1941613 View attachment 1941614
I am looking for bantam turkens. Do you have any? And where are you located?
