Not sure what to say about them. They look really bad even for a frazzle. They may not grow in their feathers. Have you noticed others picking at their feathers? You are in a warmer climate, they may do okay, but look goofy. I wouldn't count on them being fully feathered, but you never know. They definitely need a bigger area, could be the others are plucking their feathers for something to do. Get them outside in a bigger area and see how it goes.View attachment 1399050
