Bantam Cochin gender

I was told my Frizzle was a pullet, but "she" should be around 9 weeks now and I am starting to think otherwise. This is my first Bantam Cochin so I am not sure if the waddles and comb are too red already.

Cochin bantam cockerels tend to get big, colorful combs early. I think you have a pullet.
