Bantam cochin- male or female?

We have an almost 4 week old bantam mottled cochin which was sold to us from Meyer as a pullet, but I'm doubtful. She has had veeery slow feather growth and still has odd patchy wings, and recently her comb has started to grow a bit. It's only pinkened slightly, but you can see the starts of pink wattles. Could she really be a he?

Still early to tell, but her comb and wattle growth are more consistent with being a pullet. Cochin cockerels tend to develop quite fast

It's still early to say anything for certain. Nothing says cockerel yet though.

Feather growth is not a sign of gender unless specifically bred for it. Chicks will all develop at different rates.

Here she is a week later- I'm still unsure but I feel like she's looking a bit more pullet-y. She's the most neurotic out of all our chicks, for some reason. What do you guys think?

Update at 6 weeks: she's looking more like a pullet! Her comb has stayed small and light pink.
