Bantam Cochin Pullets?

New to backyard chickens and have recently added two Bantam Cochins to the family! One was purchased from a breeder and the other was adopted. I was told that they were both pullets but am looking for second opinions on their gender.
The younger is around 7-8 weeks, and the older 3 months. Also wondering--their sizing difference for a one month age gap seems pretty significant to a newbie such as myself--is this normal?

They are pullets. Cochin bantams show large combs early, so I think you are safe with these two.

The older bird is at least a month older than the other, and that is a long time in terms of early development in chickens. That is why there is such a big difference in size, most likely.

Both are pullets.
The size difference is normal. Chickens grow very quickly, so they develop a lot in 1 month.

Here is my cochin bantam when she was about 4 weeks old compared to when she was about 8 weeks old.
