Bantam Cochin salmon coloured.

Hi. Hoping for help from all of you. I have become so attached to my salmon-colored dwarf Kochin, but the problem is that the color seems so hard to preserve. This year I got nine chickens, but only two bright. Others have received a color called golden wheat. I've saved three roosters. Two have much red in itself, but one does not have. Hope your advice on how I should consider to get more chickens with salmon color.
