bantam cochins

We just got our first ever chickens yesterday. 7 silkies and 2 bantam cochins. They are about 3 weeks of age. They are in a brooder w a heat lamp about 85 degrees. They are all drinking fine. The silkies are very active and hungry. The 2 cochins seem larthargic and sleepy. Do they just act differently or is something wrong with them? They peck at the feed but I'm not sure they are eating it. They are eating some grit. Please advise. I am feeding crumbles.
