Thanks for mentioning me, but I live in Washington state, in other words a long way from Maine.

I hope that I can take him, but I'm feeling discouraged right now and that the answer will be no. You still got a couple of months or so till he's old enough to be on his own, so maybe it'll be a yes by then.
If you can't find a home, try Craigslist as I told you earlier. I'd be more than happy to help you out with that. Either way, if you do end up having to re-home him on Craigslist, wait till he's ready to leave. I've had people who are just passing through who will come get it that day, so if he's not ready yet, don't post him. Also, some people look at how long something has been on Craigslist, and if it's been on there for awhile, they'll assume that it's gone and nobody took down the post. Also, I don't like giving someone the chance to change their minds, otherwards, find another rooster while waiting.
I hope that I can get him, but if I can't, I hope that you are able to get a good home for him.
