Hey all, one of my White Rocks (Agnes) is acting out of sorts noticed it yesterday. She's more lethargic and kinda standing short dunno how else to say it. The neck is not extended like normal and she kinda poofed out a bit while standing. Laying down a bit more and such. Not very interested in food or wven high value treats, didn't come when I threw down some meal worms and all the other girls did.

My wife gave her a 10min Epsom salt bath last night then blow dried her before sending her back out to the yard. Being as this is our first flock we're still learning things and I just dunno what is up with her. Still learning.

The two photos are just quick snaps I had time to take before leaving for work after working on the coop today. And one from the bath last night. She would run away from me just fine not act weird there.

I had a white rock named Agnes as well.❤️
Definitely do the calcium citrate pills as Eggcessive suggested. They really help.
Do you offer supplemental calcium to your chickens free choice?

My wife named that one haha.

Yeah I do. Usually put it out 3 times a week oyster from the feed store and baked crushed egg shells from them. Whatever i have at the moment.
So on day 2 of calcium she seems to be a bit better she's gotten on the roost each night even with her not feeling well so she seems okay. My Roo seems to be hanging out with her quite a bit right now keeping her close and they have roosted next to one another each night too. No one is picking on her either.

My light that I've used all winter in the coop on a timer for like the last 2 weeks had been finicky so maybe the light changes and how drastic they've been had effected her we'll see if that changes. Dunno why it went in the fritz but I believe I've gotten it back to normal.
