I would take all the roosters in the world, but my hens might get mad at me and move out!

I had a hen like that. Pearl. She was upset about the flock's rooster's sons temporarily moving into her yard. She moved out.

My older hens are for the most part ok with my roos, but my younger ones HATE them. They would not be happy at all if I brought more roosters into the mix, LOL.

My Pearl was going in a hard molt, so that's why I don't think that she liked the new roosters. I did have some Silver Duckwing Old English Game bantams that didn't like their grandsons. Don't really know why, especially how they didn't really like their own rooster, Chester, for the first few years. The only rooster they liked was the rooster that I gave to my neighbor. Hard to please hens.

Truce is a bantam cockerel that needs a good home.

He is a Black Brested Red Old English Game Bantam (aka BB Red or BBROEGB)

I am in the midcoast Maine area, and I'm willing to drive at least an hour.

Please note that he is a PET only and will go to a home where he will NOT be eaten. He can protect the flock, breed, etc - but he can't be eaten.

@Lacy Duckwing is first in line, but if she can't take him I'd like to create a waiting list. Please reply here if you are interested at all!!!!!! I'm happy to answer questions and post pictures.

I love him already but I'm in PA so I'm out, sorry. I hope you find him a great home!
