bantam comb question

I have 7 2 week old silkie/frizzle/cochin crosses and I was wondering if their combs develop faster than a standard. I have three of them that have markedly bigger combs than the others but all of their combs are pretty much pronounced and not real flat like standard birds are when they are chicks. Does this mean they are all roosters or is this common for males and females.
