We bought a Chick-N-Barn/Yard for our all-Banty flock back in the late spring/early summer, when we realized we wouldn't have their main coop/run finished before it was time to move them outdoors (bought them as day-olds/brooded them in a spare room). It's a good size for just a few Bantams, we have our 5 Silkies residing in there now. I made an extra run for it out of a 4' x 16' cattle panel and left-over wire.
Good luck with whatever you decide to build!

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
