bantam cross isabrown?

I got some eggs of a friend and they are bantam rooster crossed with isabrown hens as well as acouple bantam hens. I was just wondering if the bantam X isabrowns would be good layers and how would they look??

i have isa brown , and my cochin and silkie roos love them and i have hatched out some chicks and even if the crossing does slow them down a littl i doubt it will be much but if so just cross the back with a rir or leghorn or something that is real productive and it will increase egg production agian ..... what were the roos that these hens were crossed with that may also have a little to do with it as well
