Bantam Egg Hatched Way Too Early?!

My little bantam we had in the incubator (36 c) hatched today! its only been 11 days and I have no idea why it wanted to pop out this early! Can you tell me why?

How does it look? If it looks like a healthy lil chick, then I'd say momma incubated it a bit before you got it in the incubator
