Bantam eggs in wedding cakes

I have just made three large cakes for my niece's wedding. As I was mixing them, I couldn't help wondering how many brides these days would have cakes made from home produced bantam eggs. I used 36 eggs, and the cake mix was a beautiful rich looking colour.

Sounds delicious!!! I'd do it myself, but I'm already married and might get in trouble if I try to do it again
