Bantam eggs not hatching

I have 19 bantam eggs which my bantams started sitting on 3 weeks ago, and we are now on the 26th day with no hatching. The bantams have kicked 4 eggs away but are still sat on the others. I candles the eggs and there are chicks in all of them and one of them is making a noise, but still haven’t hatched. What is wrong?

Were all the eggs in one pile? They probably weren't covered well or turned properly.

We had several bantams sat on a pile each and I hadn’t seen them leave the eggs for very long, sadly today was the 28th day and we have given up. We cracked open the eggs and most just had a little thing in them.

Eggs need to be covered and turned correctly so when multiple hens sit on a big pile of eggs generally nothing will hatch. It's best to limit the eggs to less than 7-8 and to make sure only one hen is setting on the nest.
