bantam eggs vs standards

    are mille fleur eggs, or bantam eggs in general ok to eat...do they taste any different than standard eggs?

    The taste will depend upon the diet rather than the size of the chicken that laid it. And yup! It's an incredible, edible egg.

    Chicken eggs are just that chicken eggs, no difference in taste, one is just smaller than the other...........In grocery stores you see small, medium, large and extra-large eggs...backyard flocks of any breed are just happier and healthier birds with tastier eggs than a caged battery hen producing nothing but eggs!!!... my thoughts

    My mille fleur d'uccle hens eggs weigh 1.2 oz. They are just as delicious as the large breed chicken eggs. My large breed chicken eggs average 2.4 oz (just for comparison reasons)
