I have heard they are quite energetic!I had one bantam (pekin) frizzle chick, and she was absolutely bouncing-off-the-walls insane. I can't definitively say that the frizzled feathers made her crazy, but it's my leading theory.![]()
They're not going to do as well in the cold, since the feathers are twisting away from the body and allowing heat to escape. Personally, I wouldn't get one again unless I lived in an area that didn't get below maybe 20 Fahrenheit. But I'm sure lots of people keep them in colder conditions without an issue.I have heard they are quite energetic!How do they do in the cold?
