Sorry - but here's another diarrhea question...
My little bantam hen was hiding behind the feeder and looking lethargic, so I brought her inside. Temps have been 0 - 20 degrees this past week. At first her poops were normal, but last night and today they are watery and yellowish. She is acting OK - wants out of the brooder I have her in, but I don't want to put her outside until the weather breaks. Vent looks good, body feels normal as far as I can tell.
I have Sav-a-Chick in her water.
She has been eating a mixture of scratch grains and Dumor layer pellets. We also gave her some bread a couple of times.
Just while I've been typing this she has squirted out several that look like just water. I smelled the watery stuff and the yellow stuff, doesn't smell like anything to me.
Taking her to a vet is not on the table. Would appreciate any suggestions.
Pictures are attached, I hope.
Thanks!
