Bantam hen lame with heavy breathing

My Hellen of Troy, just found her laying on the ground breathing heavy with lame legs and a somewhat distended vent. I gave her .1 ml of poultry cell and 2ml of calcium gluconate. She was fin this morning I held her. I saw her down at about 1 pm, but thought she was laying down to relax.
