Bantam I.D. help

I really thought this was a buff cochin bc the feather feet and yellowish/ tan color it started with.

It's a hoover hatchery bird. I ordered online through tractor supply. Should I have gotten a mixed bird from a bantam assortment?

Please excuse the fact that I'm not at all familiar with identifying chicks... but just looking at Hoover's website as to what bantams they sell, is there any chance it's a Mille Fleur d'Uccle?

No I have some of those and mine never had spots this really just the black wing tips. I would love another one though! I'm down to 1 older pair and 2 babies in this mix thanks to critter attacks oh and I got porcelain d'uccles! I highly recommend the crested polish mix and bantam mix I got so many different breeds!

Shouldn't be mixed if from a hatchery.
