Long story short. Got a call from a friend yesterday, asking if I wanted 7 chickens. He has a rental who had a tenant up and leave without telling him, leaving behind these birds. Told him sure, I'd be right over. What he didnt tell me was the birds were loose. I was unprepared and was only able to corner this one guy and catch him with my hands. Total there are 5 Roos and 2 hens. All look the same, just the guy I caught is a little darker than the others. He is clean legged, and looks young. What is he??? Working on a pen for them now, and then Im going back this afternoon, better prepared to capture the rest.
