Bantam laying Age?

what age does bantam chicken lay eggs? i have 4 month old bantams here they are..

Somebody told me its a mixed breed,.they have beards and are very small,.

it has a beard and has 5 toes

if it has five toes it is defiantly a mike because only silkie have five toes.. and those aren't silkies
