Bantam. Male or Female?

I'm guessing age around 6-7 weeks. I have never had bantams before. I'm not sure if it's still to early but I figured what would it hurt. Also is this color buff? Thanks for your help in advance.

looks like you have a red cochin ... might be a cockerel

Red Cochin cockerel. I don't think its quite that old. I'd say closer to 4-5 weeks.
