Bantam Only Crazy Egg Chain

Like a lot of urban backyard chicken lovers I'm not allowed roosters. A PayPal option would open up this swap to a lot of BYCer's who love bantams and would like to add to their flock, but don't or can't have fertile eggs.
Just a thought..... And thanks to all of you for your pictures of your lovely birds!

I agree with Littleameraucanamom that is why I haven't been swapping, I've had times when I've paid more to ship then the 15$ PayPal. They do offer bantams on the paypal swap.

I don't think it's a big deal to be able to offer pp. as others have said is that some don't have any bantams to offer up, so if they could offer up pp then they would be able to experience these wonderful breeds.

bty-i have mixed cochin bantams, millie fleurs and some other bantam breeds. I love to side swap so if anyone would like to pm and ask please always feel free to do so.

lots of people love the option of paypal and it does help to move the threads along...jmo.

I think it should stay the same. Just my Opinion. Like everyone noted there is a paypal chain already. Paypal can be offered after you offer a bantam breed so I don't see a problem with the rules. A lot of the chains are slow right now, which I think is due to over full incubators from people hatching there own. I know I have slowed way down on swapping and the only time I have been swapping is if it is something I really want.

How often do you hatch out pure Millie Cochins.

Caroline (meepitqueenie)- Maybe you could put a poll up with the options and everyone can vote on it. It may help.

oh-sorry I may need to clarify my statement. sorry for any confusion...

reese-they are totally separate...mixed cochin banties in one pen, my millies in another. those breeds are not together...but that does give me a great idea

!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could always combine those-that would be very interesting! my cochin banties are pure but they are running with two large fowl roosters which are pure. I would need to separate those then I could put my two cochin hens in with my millies....reese thank you for giving me such a good idea!

now I could let you know when they get together and see if you want some eggs, but that will be some time before that happens

Michelle, what April is calling Mille Fleurs are the Mille Fleur d'Uccles. We had this conversation on another thread last week.
