Sorry I have been "unavailable" for clairification.

Yes please offer bantam eggs first then offer pp second.

thank you reese for posting the rules on your page.

I am unable to change the rules on the beginning of this chain.

IF anyone has issues with the rules for clairification please contact me or reese via pm.

ok happy swapping:)

I don't have bantam eggs so I guess I can not play. I figured PayPal would be good but I guess not. No I'm not asking for the rule to be changed and I understand they are there for a reason so everyone please continue swapping

I have bantams, but only 1 hen to each and my white pair is not fertile, 2 nd pair is all kinda of not pure (wrong hen to the rooster). I bought a pair of frizzles last night and she laid for me today, but I'm keeping her eggs for the chicks, and I bought 3 more trios today. I'm not sure if they will lay. But I do want cochins, just can not find any..

ok well i will do this............

i will ask the participants of the swap if paypal only should be an option.

All in all, I want this swap to run as smoothly as possible.

So.... what does everyone want? do we want to change it to a PP/Bantam egg swap?

Not trying to but in but, there already is a PayPal swap. I think you should keep the rules the way they are.

Since nobody else is saying anything , I'll give my opinion. I have no problems with paypal. I have a problem with the amounts offered, It has cost me up to 13.60? to ship, but then I have bubble wrap, and gas to go to the post office, and for me this is a special trip in the opposite direction as I go to shop ,I also have ink (which isn't cheap) as I print my own labels and a label to go on the boxes (hatching egg, ect ) , plus I buy tape to tape up the box and put labels on. So I figure it cost me at the very least $15 to ship, not counting you have the paypal fee taken out also, and if you don't print your own labels, you can add up to $1.50 to the shipping fee. And then you are offering eggs and feed to feed the chickens that layed those eggs isn't cheap and going up all the time. People that offer paypal aren't shipping anything,, or out of all the other expenses. I know they always say it is just shipping that everyone is paying for , but that isn't so, people that ship eggs are out of a lot more.

I think Paypal would move things along faster at times, but like someone mentioned there is already a Paypal swap. I haven't participated lately because my bantam cochins are broody and call duck eggs just don't handle shipping well. But I would like to see it stay the way it is.
