bantam or standard size?

I recently got a present of a hen and I'm not sure if it's a banty or not ... How can you tell? thanks (if you want a pic i can get one up soon)

Bantams are smaller then LF and stay smaller. Do you know the breed? Many breeds come in both sizes but some do not.
