Bantam Rooster and Standard Hen

My egg laying hens are all standard size. My son convinced me that he needed some bantam chickens for his own. We wanted 6, but the lady at the store thought he was so cute she gave him 20 instead of 6, at least I only had to pay for the 6

. However I now have a question...Will the bantam roosters mate with my standard chickens?

Yes!!!!
My brother had a banty roo and he put him with my moms hens. They did mate and have mixed chicks. I guess if the banty were a particularly small one and the hens really fluffy it might not work though. Gloria Jean
