I have several five week old BSF cockerels available for adoption to good homes. They hatched June 10th and are pet quality and are being handled daily. The parents are very docile and people friendly. Right now they are very curious and active but settle down quickly when picked up. If you are familiar with the breed, you know what beautiful birds they are as adults. The roosters are gentle with the hens and have a subdued nature, yet very protective of their hens. They will make great pets and are small enough to be handled by children. I'm sorry that I have no hens available but it is imperative that you have other chicks as these fellows need companionship and will not do well alone. I have had some terrible experiences shipping and receiving birds so this would require pick up in the Harrisburg area (Hershey).
