So, what I understand about wellies is the darker chicks with the darker 'eyeliner' are the girls?
Anyone have any info?

I see four pullets but with mine having the same lines as yours, the original breeder said yes, you can tell by the eyeliner and the defined strips on the chick to be pullet. However in my case, it was unreliable, Thought to have four pullets and four cockerals but ended up only two pullets and six cockerals.

Mark them as for females and unmark the males or vice versa and let us know in a couple of months.

They are so adorable butterballs!

They are so tiny and of course all they want to do right now is warm up under the light.
Not sure if the eyeliner thing is a wives tale or true. Interesting that it didnt' work well for you EweSheep.

I count 6 dark eyeliner, 3 lighter markings.
