Bantam - What breed and gender?

I got this bantam chick at Tractor Supply about a month ago. Just wondering if anybody can tell me what kind of bantam it is? I think it may be a rooster. Can anybody tell me for sure? Thanks!

Cockerel and he doesn't look like a BBR to me...he looks like maybe...Golden?
