The rooster might be a black breasted red oegb and the hen does she have white or red earlobes? I can't really tell

Are you trying to figure out breed or gender?
I'm pretty sure you have one of each gender: the black one's a hen, the multicolored one's a rooster.

My guesses on breed would match what's already been suggested.

When I zoom in, I think the earlobes are white (at least on my screen.)

If she does have white earlobes then she is a black dutch bantam unless she also has a rosecomb then she is a black rosecomb bantam
