Bantam ?

Ok I have these two little guys I am trying to figure out what they are. They have pea combs (very flat, no bumps or ridges), clean legs (pinkish), and they are bantams from Ideal Poultry. One is bigger than the other so not sure if they are the same breed or not? They are both one week old.

might be oegb, kind of look like the 1 I hadn't remember what color legs he had though.
