Yeah..We get really mild seasons so we barely get hot weather or snow..it kinda sucks :/

Sometimes they are..but they are right every once in a while.

it's 46 here, and i learned it's because we live near the atlantic which stays fairly warm and it blows warmish air towards us which keeps the weather pretty moderate.
