My sweet little bantams have been laying GIANT eggs I mean giant! Some times I go out to check on them and one of them is waddling around the coop with an egg stuck in her butt. She finally lays it on the ground. What can I do to help them? Should I give them more calcium?

What breed are your bantams and what exactly do you feed including all treats etc.?

Hummm, I don't know they look like my Golden laced wyandotte. The eat layer pellets with scratch and they get to forage around the goats pen and outside of their coop and they sometimes get berries, lettuce, ect. No meat or processed foods.

I feed them 16 percent layer pellets and their scratch has like 7 different types of seeds. When they first started to lay their eggs where much smaller than our chicken eggs but now they are almost as big as the chicken eggs! They have been laying for about two months.
