I picked up a few bantams, the people said they were around a month old but some of them look older, some have comb and wattles establishing and some are pretty small so I am assuming they are younger.

I have two of them that have been getting plucked relentlessly, they look like they have not developed feathers and are getting their fuzz picked off so they have bald spots. No injuries there from what I can see but they are not growing feathers because of the constant plucking on them

I pulled them inside yesterday in a cage in my dining room and put the others out in their own coop and run, did I make the right decision or should I leave them in with the others?

You made the right choice

you made a good choice for your little ones, you can buy anti-pecking spray or lotion at any feed store and that helps with the pecking between them.
